End User Licensing Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to True CXO! This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of our software, services, and applications ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

2. License Grant

True CXO LLC ("True CXO") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for your internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this EULA.

3. Restrictions

-Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services. Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Services.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services are owned by True CXO or its licensors.

This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

5. Term and Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. True CXO may terminate this EULA immediately if you fail to comply with any terms.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services and destroy any copies in your possession.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. True CXO disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall True CXO be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

8. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to This EULA

True CXO reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time.

We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised EULA.
